1984 Mercedes-Benz 380SL

I found this car near Palm Beach, Florida and bought it immediately for two reasons. The solid dark blue color is absolutely amazing and suits the roadster beautifully.  Second, the condition of the car - less than 40.000 miles, original paint, and very clean.    

 

The original paint shows excellent throughout.  The interior is Palomino MB-Tex, with slight patina from the Florida sun.  Original glass all around.  As one would expect from such a low mile example, the body panels trim and bumpers are arrow straight and fresh.  Dark blue canvas soft top is original, with proper markings on the windows, and in perfect condition.  A matching factory hardtop is included.  The car features climate control, original Becker radio, freshly refinished Bundt wheels with new tires, jack, spare, tools and all manuals. Under the hood is the 3.8-liter aluminum V8 engine with updated dual-chain, correct factory finishes, hardware and markings. 

 

The car had two prior owners, the last one being a USAF fighter pilot veteran from the Korean War. Clean Car Fax report.
